Hey, who would like to take a turn at being the puzzlemeister for the next round?

Paul discovered a cryptogram-making program that makes that part of it very easy.  You just type in the phrase, push a button and it codes it into a cryptogram.  We're on our third round so far.  David puzzlemeistered the first one, I did the second, and now it's Paul.  Anybody want to give it a try?

No foolin' it's cool.  I FRIED my brain making those puzzles for Round 2.  It's really, really easy to make a small error that screws it up.
