Why do you say Jake looks like Clive Owen? 

This isn't a perfect example, but gives a flavor of what I was seeing, the long upper lip, the furrows between the eyebrows, the chiselled long cheeks.  This photo of Jake looks very photo-manipulated to me, and like they literlly are trying for a Clive Owen thing.

Sometimes I wonder if this sort of news stories aren't taking a toll on Jakey G.  Maybe he wants his private life back and hence, is shying away from anymore  Hollywood projects.  I mean, he's completed RENDITION and nothing new has been announced for quite some time.  Is he still interested in being a movie star? Fame does have a price in a such a celebrity obsessed media/society.    I hope he still makes some more movies as he's turned out some excellent performances in  BBM, DONNIE DARKO and THE GOOD GIRL. Sigh

No, I don't think anybody really believes this. I honestly don't care if he is gay and I don't care if he isn't, it's nobody's business but his. As long as he is happy. But it must get extremely tiresome for him, if he even cares. I think he is somebody who can put these kinds of things into perspective and realise it's just bullshit.

Exactly - well described by ALL.  Jake's business is his business. I did not want to inadvertently condone this story by posting it, I just think it is sad. Certainly he must be used to dealing with stories like this, and (hopefully) letting it roll off of his shoulders (by all outward appearances at least).

     I agree David...How could he escape.  All arrests are posted..There is no way that would have been kept quiet...he is variously living or going with Austin, his friend the Chef from his childhood.  Or any other unnamed person.  Its not to be believed until there is a bit of proof at least..Not closeted and anonomous charges....
