That's not what I meant.    Heath is sucessful.

But some people carry it off better than others.     A sense of style and charisma.

Jake Gyllenhaal -  Yes.

David Hasselhoff  -  No

Cary Grant - Yes.

Gary Busey - No.

Pierce Brosnan - Yes.

Randy Quaid  - No.

Some actors just have more class than others.

Yes, I agree.

(I'm just teasing, you know.  I know you didn't mean Heath any harm.  I just sorta you know, had to stand up for him, so they didn't revoke my Heathen card...)

Ah class-has nothing to do with dress or style. If you dress a asshole up in an Armani suit, he's still an asshole.

Jake is not classy because of how he dresses-he is classy because he of how he relates to the world.
Heath does not have a lack of classs because of the way he dresses. From what I see, he is quite a class act.

They are both successful-and hopefully will continue to be-because they are talented young men.

Now, if you're talking about style...

Jake is certainly conventionally stylish-can't deny that. The man wears the hell out of a suit.
Heath-not so much conventional but believe it not, many people really appreciate and dig his style and his refusal to be boxed. I don't much get it but the fact that he can say f it and wear striped socks  and skinny  jeans impresses the hell out of me.

A true Heathenhaalic

So, has anyone heard anything about Jake's reaction to Heath's passing?  Just wondering.  They've gotten statements from  a lot of different people in regards to the tragic news.

Someone has specifically said he is being protected from the press so that he does not have to make a statement.

Which makes sense to me really.  Look how we are all grieving and we didn't even 'know' him... (well, most of us, didn't at least).   I wouldn't want to comment either.

His heart must be breaking over the loss of his dear friend Heath.  I think he must be taking it harder than most.  They were such good friends and they always looked so happy and relaxed with each other.  It's all so unbelievably sad. :'(

I'm relieved to hear that Jake is being kept safe from the media.  I'm just terribly concerned how he is dealing with the awful news.
My heart goes out to all of Heath's family and friends.
