I'm with David on this:

It looks like her top denture is about to slip down and she's trying to catch it before it pops out of her mouth.

I think that's exactly what it looks like (I think she's way too young for a denture, but you never know what's hip in such circles  ).

I vote for Heath promoting at least one movie per year (preferably two), since he's so notoriously private, the times between we get definitely too few pics to discuss.
