I've just come across this thread.
This movie was highly  reccomended by a Brokie on the IMDb board. Finally I bought the DVD in London last summer. Couldn't agree more with the above. Didn't have the astonishing, amazing impact  BbM has  had on me, but it is certainly the type of movie that will stay with me.   Excellent! Enjoyed the music in it very much too.
I am a hetero woman and  so far the love stories that by far have  touched me the most involve men.
