Nope! All is ok.
I was watching a show on "Discovery Health" and they were talking about "cleansing" and colonic irrigation. It helps your digestion and rid the body of toxins.
Having changed my diet recently to include healthier foods, I figured I should get rid of what was stored in my body. I talked to my doctor, and he advised against the colonic irrigation, saying it can harm the intestines if done incorrectly, but he said I was healthy enough to take the drink and do the two day fast.

When will the final assessment be? (i.e. when are you supposed to feel maximally cleansed?)

Well, today is day two of the two day cleanse, so I'm assuming I'll wake up tomorrow feeling cleansed. lmao
