I do consider myself lucky. There were times I've taken the car for something minor, and something major was about to happen, and it cost quite a bit.
I am also lucky I can trust my mechanic. I've been going to the same place since I've started driving my car, they've always charged a fair price, and never tried to scam me, so if they say something is needed, I know it's really needed.

I did measure VERY carefully. I wanted to make sure it fit on that counter specifically. It's the counter away from the stove, so I don't use that space as much. I didn't want to take up space on the opposite side of my sink. It fit just right, just where I wanted it.

Getting ready for another snowstorm! They're saying the NYC area and nearby areas could get anywhere up to 12 inches of snow. We will be under a state of emergency as of 8:00 tonight.
I've gotten my fridge stocked, and I'm ready for snow.
