Things are going well at work, for this first week back.  ;D

This month is a 3 paycheck month, so I am planning on doing some super budgeting and stashing some extra cash into my savings account!  ;D

Another good day at work, I was able to get a lot accomplished, and it looks like I won't have too much filing to do tomorrow.

Hello Bettermost Friends.

Just about time to wave the weekend good-bye!

:(

It was a hot weekend here, but pretty quiet for me!  After the busy one I had last weekend, I'm glad to have a quiet one!

The only things I needed to do were the grocery shopping, the laundry,  and gather up some trash to take out on Monday.   As of now (10:45 pm Sunday night) all three of those tasks are done, and the apartment looks clean.

Of course, with the cleaning I did last weekend,  there wasn't too much to do for the apartment this week.  ;D

Hope that you all had a great weekend, and have a good week!   I already have plans for next weekend,  going over to some friends' house for dinner.

Hi!
I was in NY until the day before yesterday. It was really hot, or should I say I thought it was hot. Now I'm in Arizona visiting some  friends and it's unbearable hot! 107 degrees. Better staying inside.

Hello Bettermost friends!

Ugh it is so hot out!   Gross!

Even in the heat, I managed to get to the park for some exercise.   I did an abbreviated walk, because I didn't want to overdo it in the heat.   Everyone who was there walking (not many of us) was covered in sweat.

Thankfully, I have the A/C set to keep the apartment at 75, so it felt very good when I walked in from the park.
