Hiya everyone!
here is a story about my ride home from work the other day.
I was stopped at a traffic light, and I see a car pull up behind me.....I can see the driver looking at the back of my car, at my gay pride magnet, at my George W. Bush "WTF" magnet, and my two Brokeback bumperstickers.
And then he pulls to the side of me, and rolls down his window. I roll down mine, and look at him and he shouts to me.
Him: I just had to see who was driving the car with all the fun stuff on the back!
Me: well, it's me!
Him: So, have you been to Brokeback?
Me: Oh yes, many times!
Him: And did it do to you what it did to them?
Me: Oh yes!
and at that moment, the light changed, and he drove off.

Well, let's just say that I did have a Brokeback related romance. It didn't last, but it was for the best. We were too different to make it work, it would never have lasted.
However, it was great while it lasted.

We're still friends, and we spoke on the phone the other night.

jack, this was a while ago, started not long before the first BBQ in Texas in the spring of '06, and ended just before the end of '06.
