Hey, I've taken up cycling!
After nearly 20 years not doing much of that, it seems amazing that one can get blisters where one didn't think one could GET blisters.
(So ... not sure how long I've taken it up for). :-\

damn....what a workout today.
I wanted to push myself, and see what I could do. In about 50 minutes (between the treadmill and eliptical) I went for a distance fo 4.5 miles, and burned a total of 660 calories.
It felt good to get home and get in the shower!

Way to go Chuck! Reading this makes me realize I that I really need to join a gym. I haven't had a membership since I moved to Pittsburgh from Philly 2-ish years ago. I just never found one that I really like in Pittsburgh after touring a few, so I just never signed up. But, your report on your workout actually makes me jealous! It sounds great!
I used to love my gym in Philly and I miss it terribly. I'm actually homesick for that gym sometimes, which is just so weird. But true.
Anyway, great job with the workout routine Friend!
