All good South Philadelphia Italians know that red stuff you put on pasta is gravy.  :laugh:

Maybe not. I've heard tell of people who work in chocolate factories who can't stand the sight, taste, or smell of it when their work day is over.

I doubt I would be one of them, but apparently they do exist.

Gravy is what ya put on yer taters or dressing as well as yer meat.  ;D
'cept for biscuits and gravy! tahts sausage gravy you put on yer biscuits. I love me some sausgae gravy and biscuits!

Now that's what I thought gravy was!  LOL!  It goes on taters and meat.
