Scale today read 219, so I didn't lose anything, but I didn't gain either.

One way I get inspiration is to carry something heavy, that I know the weight of, home from the supermarket. I struggled home once holding 10kg, or 22 lbs, of water in a cask and thought, 'if only I could lose this much weight'. And I did. Put it back on, though.

So .... I'm jealous.  ;D

Boy, it's hard. But you're doing really well, and that's great. Maybe I should try again, hey?
