Well, I slept well last night, and feel ready to get back to the work week. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
scale didn't move this morning, so there is no loss, but no gain. Still at 218.

Who can possibly lose weight on the weekend?
It's the work week that takes off the pounds.

You're right Shasta.........being single is not always a bad thing. Do you really want someone there telling you what to do all the time :) But Chuck you're a super nice guy so one of these days someone special will see that and you will get that call.
