Hope that everyone is having a good weekend!
I got a 5 mile walk/run in, ate healthy, did some shopping, and about to go for a second run.

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the "motivational Posters" that we have and are commonly found in offices.
I found a bunch of parodies/spoofs of them on PhotoBucket. I'm going to post two "real" posters, and then a bunch of parodies.
