How can you ever say that to your child. I have had so many serious problems with my oldest, and have never and would never say it. In fact I stopped communicating with my mum for, years, when she said,perhaps it would be better if he had never been born.
I speak to her now when I have to, but only as a Lapsed Catholic, I don't want the guilt of her dying and not made up on the surface at least.
Some people should never be allowed to have kids. My oldest still asks if I regret marrying his father, the violent alcoholic.My answer is always the same,How could I. if I had not, then I never would have had you.
My blood was boiling when I read that. What a selfish, self absorbed prat.!
