You know what I don't understand about jelly? You can put the top back on tight and keep it in the fridge and it still grows mold.  >:(

Not once in all my years has my jelly gotten moldy. Maybe it's gone too fast. But I know I've had jelly for at least a month before.

I've never seen jelly grow mold  ??? I've only seen it grow sugar  :) It seems that if it sits around for awhile the sugar separates out. I guess that is sugar  ???

Thank you for reminding us about the "I Can Make You Thin" show. It's good. I'm still watching it -- got all the 4 golden rules written down and I'm going to try to follow them.

I hope I remember to watch it next week!!

One problem I have at lunch is -- when all is said and done, I have about 15 minutes to  eat. Then I eat so fast. I'm going to try to slow it down, tho. Sounds like a good idea.
