HI Chuck!   I havent been online much lately, so I just now saw your tips for loosing weight.  Im going to try really, really hard.  Hopefully Bob will too.  Right now though niether I nor my husband can excerize, but we are trying to eat better. 

You're not going to believe this buy Ive come down with a new illness.  Geez "they" "it" wont give me a break.  Im off to see the doctor right now, then the chiropractor after that. (IF they dont put me in the hospital)


Thank you so much for taking out the time to post about weight loss.   If I may say so YOU LOOK MARVELOUS!

45?!  I have his album with this song on an old beat-up cassette tape!  I still quote that song from time to time.

I dunno, Paul. Seems to me a 45-rpm record trumps a cassette tape, at least as a blast from the past.  ;)
