I have to do a workout, and then it's lunch, and then a quick run out to get some Christmas shopping done before I hit the gym.

I managed to hit the gym over the weekend, and also got some of my Christmas shopping done!   ;D



Diet update time!

Well, I didn't exercise as much as I usually do on the weekend, however, I scaled back on my eating to balance it out.

No weight loss, but no weight gain.  ;D

233lbs, so I kept off the 4 pounds I lost last week.

I'm on my way to the drug store down the street.  I need to buy some treats for my team for their Christmas stockings.

We all hang stockings on our cubicles, and I try to put something in them once each week during december.

I'm supposed to be going into NYC on Saturday.  My mom has never seen the tree at Rockefeller, so we're doing a family trip to see it.

I get the feeling that something will come up and cause a postponement.  Just a hunch.

hey CHuck, Your mom will love the tree all lit up at Rockefeller Center.  I have only seen it llit up on tv.  Bet its amazing in reall life.
