I managed to hit the gym over the weekend, and also got some of my Christmas shopping done!
Diet update time!
Well, I didn't exercise as much as I usually do on the weekend, however, I scaled back on my eating to balance it out.
No weight loss, but no weight gain.
233lbs, so I kept off the 4 pounds I lost last week.
