Yes Sue, it was very interesting to see my old friends, and see what they are up to.  It was a good time.

Thanks Debs and Chrissi, I've pleased with how the diet is coming along, and I promise, I'm not overdoing it.

No weight loss today, but I'm not surprised.  I didn't work out yesterday, but I did stay on the diet.

So, for the beginning of day 5 on "Fat Smash", I've lost a total of 6 pounds.

 My school days in a Catholic Convent with vicious nuns, not so many good memories !
Was so glad to leave and get to  University !
