Hiya BetterMost friends.

Well, we got through another Monday!

I hope that everyone is doing well and being good!

Or, at least, trying to be good!  ;D  >:D

It's about 10 minutes before I have to leave for work, and I'm going through my mind what I need to accomplish when I get there.  LOL

Actually, yesterday was a pretty productive day, so it shouldn't be toooo bad.  One can always hope!

Yesterday was salad for lunch, and I never thought it would be good to have salad.  LOL   But after a weekend with "bad" food and a bday party, it felt good to get back into healthy food.

Good morning, Chuck!

Have a good day today at work and have some fun, too.

Well Chuck.  I knew it would be just a matter of time until you decided to do that.  I was
one of those people who lived through that kind of thing.  It is a hell akin to being in the
same place they are in.  If you can help in any way for them to change the idea that they
are holding/ then what you are doing will be worth its weight in gold.  You will also get
reward from doing it, even if you never know it.  That is the greatest gift you can give someone.
An anonomous gift is a gift that keeps on giving.  You will be a person who gives without thought toward a return.

Hiya BetterMost friends.

How is everyone doin today?

I'm in good spirits today.  Friday was an "eh" day and I don't know why.

I got out of work early (3pm) and I finished a whole bunch of work that needed to be done.  I went home with an empty cubicle.  I was going to see friends on Saturday night, and should've been feeling good.

I have no idea why, but I spent all of Friday evening and night feeling badly.  I just feel alone and blue.  I hate to use the word "depressed", because depression is a chronic issue and a very serious matter for someone who is suffering from it.  I am not depressed, but Friday night was really a bummer night, and it left me feeling out of sorts.

Thankfully, after a good night's sleep, it passed.  I woke up Saturday, got some workouts in, and spent Saturday evening with friends having fun.

Today has been quiet.  It's been bright and sunny, and I've been to the park for workouts and such.  My "off" time has been online and watching the SyFy network for their "31 Days Of Halloween".  LOL

Scary movies are fun!

Oh, and speaking of Halloween, it falls on a Sunday this year, so the people at work decided that we won't celebrate at work this year.....no costumes or luncheon.

bleh!

I have those days now and then. I hate that feeling. Glad it passes fast!

OH, boo. Your work folks should have the treats and dress up on FRIDAY. :)

October is so full of activities this year!!! BUSY--at work and on the weekends.

And I'm going to see "WICKED" on the 22nd.  8)
