Did you see/hear Lisa?

Naw, but I did take a poke at Gwillion's parenting abilities because SHE came to the BBQ instead of going to some lacrosse match.   :P

Isn't that her "rack" in the banner image?  ???

(I'm gay, so that question doesn't mean anything.  ;D )

Yes, that pic was taken at the prior AIDS Walk, in 2010.  ;D

Hiya BetterMost friends.

Happy Hump Day!

;D

Well, so far I've managed to stay on top of everything, there wasn't a lot left for me to do when I came back!  Good for me!  I just got an extra project from my supervisor, I'll jump right on it.

Today's travel destination:

Patmos, Greece

Today's visitors to thsi small Aegean island arrive my yacht or ferry to enjoy blue waters and stunning beaches.  Patmos' place in history, however, was assured by a different kind of visitor.  During two years of banishment here beginning in 95 A.D., it is said that St. John the Divine was inspired to write the Book of Revelation.

Hiya BetterMost friends.

Weekend is closing in!

;D

Ugh, it is brutal hot & humid here!  I hate this kind of weather!  However, one of the RMs I work for is out of the office today, so I get to park in her parking spot, meaning my car is under the building and out of the sun!  It won't be blazing hot when I get in it after work!

This week is also a "Spirit Week" here at the bank, so each day is a different theme.  Today it's "Wear Red" since our company logo is red.  I'm at work in a red T-Shirt with my company logo on it, a red ball cap, and some red bracelets on.

Today's travel destination:

Dingle, Kerry, Ireland

Out on the Dingle Peninsula, the westernmost point in Europe and inspiration of the saying "Next parish, America," Dingle town greets the sea and summer's tourists hordes with a collection of pottery shops, alternative book stores, and one of Ireland's highest pub-per-person ratios.

Hi, Chuck!

I looked at those rocks in the foreground of your travel picture, and at first imagined that they were giant chunks of ice.

That must show how much the heat is getting to me.     I'd give anything for that much ice today.
