Well it's about 15 minutes after 4:00 here in Bloomfield....we can hear the wind gusting outside, and the rain continues to pound.

A number of friends in this area have posted on Facebook that they've lost power, or it's flickering on and off.  So far, we haven't had that problem.

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Hiya darlin'!

Yes, we're high and dry at the moment (7:30 Monday evening).   Heavy rain and winds are beating us, sirens going off in the distance.

We've had the lights flicker off and on a few times, but we've not lost power and so far, we are ok.

Just looked out the back door, and there are trees not too far away that are glowing yellow.  I'm guessing that one or more lines are down, and the juice is hitting the wet ground.

Hiya BetterMost friends.

Thanks again for the messages of concern.

Last night a number of my friends lost power, and they're not sure how long it will be until they get it back.

we were lucky here, we had power through the night.  Not sure what kind of damage is around the neighborhood.  Our house appears to be fine.

I got a text from my supervisor that the office is closed today, so no work again.  Fine by me, I'll still be paid for the day.

Am really really really pleased to hear you and your family are okay. My thoughts are with those who have been affected by the storm

Yes, am also pleased. I have a friend who lives on waterfront at Rehoboath (sp?) Delaware. They evacuated on Saturday night  - 2 women and 3 dogs to friends more inland. Went back to get something Sunday morning but water already in street. While they are safe, I am worried about their house.
