Yup!  It's Friday & pay day!  ;D

Do you all have good plans for Easter?   I'm thinking of making the Alletria again for dessert, see if the rest of my family like it.  It will be the first time that Trenton Scott will be at his Great Grandparents' place, we'll see how the cat deals with him.

I used a part of my "disposable income" to start working on a small collection.  There are 19 pieces all together, and I've used some of my spare cash to collect the first 4.   I won't say what I'm getting, but I'll post a pic when it's complete.

Good Fruiday hoiliday here.. went to the beach this morning with Naylan as its a lovely day.. he's currently sleeping and then we'll pick up Callum at 3pm, who had to work and head to the park for a while. No plans for Saturday or Monday yet - but Sunday we have a christening..

Chuck! I'm intrigued.. another superhero collection!?

I wasn't going to say anything, but since you guessed so quickly, yes, it's another superhero collection!

A while ago I managed to get my hands on a set of Wonder Twins action figures.  They were made in a limited number, so I was lucky to get them.  They are approximately 6 inches tall each.



The image above is not my set, I have them still in the box, however, I've always wanted a complete set of Super Friends figures, and I'm now seeing a lot of them on ebay.   A few are in their original packaging, which would be too expensive for me.  However, there are loose ones that are being sold, and collectors don't want loose figures, they don't have the value to them.  Loose ones I can afford, and I can display them together.   I'm hoping I can find another set of Wonder Twins, as I don't want to remove the ones I have from the box.   I said 19 items, becaus there is a total of 19 heros on the cartoon that have been made into figures:

Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Robin, Aquaman, Green Lantern, Flash, Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Atom, Firestorm, Cyborg, Black Vulcan, Samauri, Apache Chief, El Dorado, Zan & Jayna (the Twins), which is 18.   The last figure is not made, as she just appeared in three episodes, Rima the Jungle Girl.  However, someone on Ebay is selling a homemade Rima that will go off of auction on Monday night.  Looks decent and is the right size to fit in with the rest of the figures.

Had a slightly busy day.....cleaned the apartment, got some Easter shopping done, have the baskets put together, and now, I'm about to make the Aletria for dessert tomorrow.  Once that's done, I'll clean the oven.
