Front-Ranger:
Oh dear, sending healing thoughts. Will keep our fingers crossed.  :-*

Sason:
I'm so sorry about poor Tina  :'(

Sounds like the most important thing is to keep her comfortable and not suffering as long as needed  :-*

CellarDweller:
sending thoughts and love to you and your family.

southendmd:
Poor little Tinchen.  It's so hard to think that an animal might be suffering.  We're so happy when they first arrive, and we don't think that someday we will have to say goodbye.  Warm thoughts to you and your family.

Penthesilea:
Thank you everyone. Today (Sunday) she is a little more lively compared to the days prior. More interested, more spark (and more bark!) in her.
While she has been eagerly taking treats all the time, she has not eaten her regular food for two or three days. Last night however she started eating again and continues to do so today.
So maybe the meds work and we can keep her a little longer. But I'm not sure I want to go through with plans of a big surgery. We'll see what the vet says tomorrow evening. He's been our vet for many years, and I totally trust his advice.
