Morning all. Another cold one here in Maine: 12 degrees this morning. Okay, it's better than 0, but it is still cold.

I am ready for spring to spring!

G'mornin Leslie!

Are you ready to turn the clocks forward?     I did notice that it was pretty light out this morning at 6 am.        So I guess turning them ahead won't be such a big deal.       Being lighter later really will not help me much.    It'll still be dark when I get out at 8 pm!    :P

All right, I need to correct my weather report. It was -12 at 6:27 am. Now it is all the way up to -1. It is freaking cold out there, too cold for March!

But by June it will be light at 8 pm. And look at it this way, with your schedule you won't ever go to work and come home in the dark, as I often do in the dead of winter....

Cold and gray with light flurries this morning.   No accumilation though.

TV says that the DC area got 4 inches of snow.    Hopefully there will be no airline delays.

Oh I did that too.   In my previous job I worked 6 am till 5 pm.  It was dark going in and coming home.    I didn't see the sun for months it seemed.   We had very few windows in our building.

The nice thing about my new shift is that I don't start until 11:30 AM.     I avoid the morning and afternoon rush hours.    Plus I still get a few hours to screw around on the computer before work!   LOL

Isn't it funny? Now we'll be on DST for roughly eight months out of a year--not that I'm complaining!  ;D --and on EST for only roughly four months out of the year. It's like DST is the new EST!  ;D

Can I go back to being teal, like Ennis's truck? I am sort of attached to that color! Just because I'm a ranger doesn't mean I have to  be girl scout green!
