The town is not called Piss, David, but the statue is  ;D. The statue is called Manneken Piss and it stands in Brussles.

I was just outside and what did I see? A pair of Gartenrotschwänzchen (common redstart ?):



They were doing this...



...directly on the roof of our baking house  :).

They heard the matin call  :laugh:

Chrissi explained it. But did you know that the little man saved Brussels from perishing in a fire? He peed on the fire and saved the city!

Well, at least that's one of the stories about the peeing boy..

Brussels today - overcast  :-\  - but at least there is no risk of fire!
