((YOUNG JACK climbs on LOW STARTLE POINT HORSE, YOUNG ENNIS climbs on CIGAR BUTT. Both ride away from camp.))

I mean, I know we got somethin to shoot at, just for practice.

((suddenly overcome by a rather heated thought, looks away and grins wickedly))

You practice shootin' a lot?

Yeah, brought empty whiskey bottles. I practice once in a while, when I'm not too busy on a ranch somewhere.

((They arrive at a clearing.))

Guess this is a good enough place.

((Sets up whiskey bottles across the clearing, goes back over to Jack.))
