Breakfast: Two slices wholegrain toast, one with Vegemite and the other with English marmalade. Pot of tea (Twining's Irish Breakfast tea).

Lunch: Ham and tomato sandwich on wholegrain bread with hot English mustard. Pot of tea (Twining's Prince of Wales tea)

Dinner: Haven't decided - probably warm chicken salad with a few glasses of Wolf Blass Eaglehawk Australian Merlot.

Kerry, it sounds like you had an international thing going on today... English marmalade, Irish tea, Price of Wales tea, Australian merlot....

Kerry goes around the world in just three meals! ;)

  I'm a pretty uninspired eater, David, with no culinary skills, whatsoever.   :P  I bought all those things at my local Woolworths.  I don't contribute to this thread very often because I virtually eat the same thing every day, with a little variety occasionally. It'd make for very boring reading.  :-\

P.S., You forgot the most important thing of all - the Aussie Vegemite!  :D   ;)
