What's for breakfast/lunch/supper?

Not much of a cook here, either.  If I can't grill it or microwave it, I'm pretty much lost.  I do make a couple of good stovetop dinners - arroz con pollo and chicken cacciatore - but I'm crap at pretty much anything else on the stove except heating up stuff that comes in cans.  (Can't cook worth a damn.  Pretty good with a can opener, though.)

Tonight, I heated up a rotisserie chicken from Publix in the microwave, did some "Microwave Steamers" mixed veggies in sauce from Birds Eye, heated some pre-made garlic mashed potatoes on the stove (they came in a paper tray, not a can), and baked some frozen yeast rolls.

I'm the Master of Heat 'Em Up and Eat 'Em Up.   :P

I am going away for a week next Saturday, and was over at mother in law's place over the weekend and she said to my hubby, "What are you going to do for meals while Sue is away?"

I said, "its not gonna make a lot of difference, its just that I wont be there, when he says "Whats for dinner?" and I say.....whatever you want to get  for yourself......

Gee, they all think he is gonna do it tough.......I told them I bought him a new electric can opener......

If it wasn't for my trusty microwave, I probably would have starved to death years ago.  ::)  Microwave veggies are yummy. You get the full flavour.  :D
