Could I meet you in France, French Corsica, or Italy?

Hi all:

At the end of this month, I'm taking an all-gay cruise on the Mediterranean.  It occurred to me that there's a small chance that a Bettermost member might live or be visiting near one of our ports of call.  If so, I would love to meet you and buy you a cuppa java or a meal or whatever we have time for.

Here's the nitty-gritty of itinerary.  My flight to Nice on July 26th has a layover in Atlanta Georgia, and Lynne and I are planning to have dinner together at the airport's Houlihans.  All are welcome to join us.  Then:

Thursday July 27, arrive in Nice, France for 3 nights
Sunday July 30, board the ship, depart Nice
Monday July 31, stop in St. Tropez, 08:00 -  15:00
Tuesday August 1, stop in Porto Vecchio (Corsica) 09:00 - 18:00

Thursday August 3, stop in Ponza Italy, 08:00 - 18:00
Friday August 4, stop in Amalfi, 07:00 - 13:00
Friday August 4, overnight in Sorrento, arrive 16:00
Saturday August 5, depart Sorrento, 07:00
Saturday Auguest 5, stop in Capri, 08:00 - 15:00
Sunday August 6, cruise ends in Rome.  I'm staying in Rome for two nights
Tuesday, August 8, Leave Rome for home.

My fingers are firmly crossed in the hopes of meeting at least one of you!   :D

At nearly the same time (July 20th to August 3rd) I will be in the Mediterranean too. But I will be on the Balearic Islands; Ibiza to be specific.

What a pity. I would have loved to meet another BetterMost member and sure would have enjoyed a cuppa java with you (my dictionary says that this is a cup of coffee, right?).

The Mediterranean is great place for holidays. And I loved Nice. It's almost 20 years ago, so I don't remember much of it. But I know for sure that I loved it.

I hope you'll have a great trip!

Hi there, Bill - I will see what I can do about notifying the Atlanta natives and rounding up a few more peeps for Houlihans!  The cruise sounds amazing.  You know you're going to be required to send me a postcard or two, hunh?

Yep, cuppa java = coffee. 

Your trip to Ibiza sounds pretty good to me: let us all know how it went.   8)

I just learned that the ship has an internet room with 10 work stations.  I might be able to send some emailed reports, if I can figure out how to access my email away from the comfort of my home office, that is!
