The Persistence of Memory: New Greenlea Tale

whoo wee! thanks Ms. Prosecutor!!!
Well I got that "statewide warrant" thing from Utah law. But they do need a warrant before they can transport them, because all they had was a probable cause for arrest based on the Sheriff's phone call to Cochise county, so it's back to Judge Conover, the poor dear.
But I am thrilled that my police work is plausible - whenever I get into a doubt situation I always start digging in the code or asking my lawyer friends!

You're welcome, Louise :) Ah - they didn't already have warrants for Ozzie and Eddie's mom, then. I couldn't remember. The Greenlea County jail is going to get crowded! Well, Paula will be busy this afternoon. But at least she has something to look forward to while she's working!

SPOILERS
I'm glad Wayne came over. Being a part of Ellery's extended family is some of the best medicine he could get.
It was great listening to Colson talk to Wes and seeing how very far he has come and what a solid relationship they have. Colson is kind a cross between a son and a son-in-law to Wes! :)
No, Lago won't be talking, that's for sure. But people like Lago have a tendency to leave enemies in their wake - and there have to be others who know things and just might be willing to talk - but that's going to be tricky since Wes doesn't have authority over anyone in Tuscon :-\ Hmmm....what will he do? Great mystery. Thanks, Louise!
