Bonne Saint-Jean!!
Sheriff Roland:
Mostly you missed out on nuances - and a few facts.
Here's your text with my corrected translation.
Oh yes!
Have you listened to the Swing video ?
The Swing Performance lasted only an hour but my nephew (who doesn’t speak French but is a fan of Swing) along with his sister and her friend enjoyed the concert.
None (of us) cared to stick around for Martin Deschamps even though he was the main act of the night.
There were only around 500 spectators and Marc, my nephew took some video(s) of the show.
The previous night (Friday night), in Kapuskasing there was a concert with 5 artists (2000 in crowd) and included 2 important French Ontarian Performers Robert Pacquette & Paul Demerse; the final performance of the night was Swing. Also, on Saturday night there was another concert in Kap(uskasing) - it's a town north of Timmins - population 10 000, with Garou who is this huge name in Quebec.
Here in Toronto, another huge Quebec star performed - kaen.
Here in French Ontario, St Jean day is important. (In Quebec its also important. They call it 'The National Celebration' and it's a holiday (as in - it's a day off for 'em).)
Kelda:
Oh well at least I got the jist!
Sheriff Roland:

Another try!
So another year has passed! Before the winter, I finally purchased a ontarian french temporary flag(?) & installed it at the front of my house.
Tomorrow is St Jean Day. Here's a photo of my house in Ontario, in 2010. And Tache is also in the picture!

------ I'd say that was damn close. And you certainly got just about every nuance this time. :D
