Oh, no I didn't. I said Glouw instead of Gloss. Damn!! >:(

David In Indy:
I've heard it pronounced before. I think someone pronounced it on the Travel Channel once. God, it was something else to listen to! :laugh:

David In Indy:
Kosciusko is pronounced Kaw-see-AH-skoh. (long O at the end). It's a Native American word. I don't know what it means though. We have many Native American words for towns and counties in Indiana; most of them are Delaware, Mohican, Huron and Shawnee words. :)

"The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave".

Strange people the Welsh!! ::) ::) ::)

Susie  :)

ps. I didn't mean that ... my best friend in the whole wide world is from Wales!! Love you Lee  :-*

Oh, that's why she can pronounce it then!! I also think I remember seeing that name in the Guiness Book listed as the longest name in the world. I think I may have seen it in there. If it isn't the longest name in the world, I'd hate to see what IS!! :laugh:
