The doctor's office phoned him. Fortunately, the last time I was with him I figured out how to add his doctor's phone number to the "Top Ten" numbers in the contact list in his cell phone, so he knew immediately it was the doctor's office calling.

Super, glad to hear this! :)
I got my vaccination appointments, yay! :D
The first dose will be in roughly three weeks, the second dose sometimes in May. It's the AstraZeneca vaccine, thus a longer period between the two shots.
AstraZeneca is not given to people over 65 in Germany (as they were not or barely part of the studies). Thus some federal countries have a surplus of the Astra Zeneca vaccine right now. This is the reason they start vaccinating people under 65 in certain professions.
And more good news: we had been promised regular tests last November, but they never came.
Now they do come: from next week on, my workplace gets two Covid tests per person per week. The only problem is, my boss has to organize some medical professional to take the tests.
Our upper management has organized the tests, but not testing staff. Each boss has to organize testing staff on their own, which is of course stupid AF.
Sason:
Great news, Chrissi and Jeff! :)

Great news for you too, Chrissi!!
Jeff Wrangler:
My dad had his shot this morning, the Moderna. They gave him an appointment for his second shot, and it's exactly a month from his appointment today, 9:20 a.m. on March 27.
