finally read it! I've been sneaking chapters in before work the past couple of days... I just finished the last two chapters!
Loved it! I don't have words right now... I'll have to come back later and elaborate, but man I loved it!
And suddenly find myself craving about 10 different kinds of food...

I really like this story until now. I like the characterisations. The dialogue is snappy and vibrant, as with her other story, BFF! I really hope though, that she won't abandon BFF because of this story!!!! :o

I'm with you, Mel. Especially about the characterizations. I think her Jack and Ennis are really unique. And there is something about her Jack that is so lonely... that scene where he sat in the bar just to talk to Ennis, then Ennis turned him away (even though I understand where Ennis is coming from) about broke my heart...

I know, I felt the same when I read it, he is so desperately looking for a connection and there it is and he (thinks he) can't do anything!
