          That was a very scary chapter Mel.  It is hard to be in Ennis's position.  Playing love, against loyalty and duty.

That's a good description Janice - "playing love against loyalty and duty."  I think Jenna's comment that this story is sophisticated and mature is spot on.  We're talking about a lot of lives here - no one can afford to be cavalier about anyone or anything.

    This chapter was very sweet when they went to the wedding.  Trying to scooch into each others skin.
But the long walk, and setting up the tent exhaused Jack.  Physical exertion is always more taxing when
you are emotionally distraught.   He is so afraid of losing Ennis now.  It is all he can focus on.  It is even
infiltrating his dreams.  Oh dear, how will he survive.. 
     He doesnt know how to rodeo.!!!
