well if it weren't for that one mistake with the airline they would still be in it. I wonder if they had gone ahead and used the business class what the penalty would have been?

Good question!     If it is just a 30 minute penalty and you knew the next flight would set you back many hours, you'd be better off taking the business class flight.

I actually really like Nick and Don - they are my pick to win. I was willing them to get before Az & Hend. They were just to cocky for my liking.

The hippies are too boring so final three for me would be

Nic/Don, Goths and Nate and Jen (cos they're bickering entertains me!!) I wouldn't want Jen and Nate to win but would happy if either of the other two won.

Must also check out on Tar flies how Don is doing in terms of oldest person to get so far.

Dubrobnik looked beatiful didn't it, it makes me want to go back - they do pretty  cheap flights to nearby from the UK.

Asked at tar flies re business class and the admin gave the first and so far only reply.....

Re the business class stuff. This is what Zach told us when we interviewed him quite awhile ago:

Here is the deal. You can buy whatever kind of tickets you want – first class, business class, economy, refundable, non-refundable, it makes no difference. You may only FLY with economy tickets though. If you are given business class seats or upgraded for free, you can fly that way too. You can also buy as many tickets as you want, within reason. Eventually, we were told, our credit cards would max out. You can change your tickets as many times as you want before boarding a flight.

That being said, the rules could have changed since then and I still think Zach and Flo's actions caused some controversy (disgruntlement among fellow racers) that season. (But that could just be the crack talking.)

Thanks for the information and link Kelda. I'm surprised the rest periods are that short. I would have thought a couple of days. They must be very tired at the end of it all.

I was all set to get out of work on time at 7PM when a scheduling mess happened and I didn't get out until after 9. A registry nurse thought she was due to work at 10 not 6:30 and the nurses she was supposed to relieve refused to stay so I did. I was sooooo mad! I watched the first segment and then had to get back to work. I just finished on Youtube. Thank goodness!

That was some of the best flight booking drama I have seen. Azaria was very hard on his sister at the airport. I think Nate and Jennifer are quite the mess. "Our relationship sucks!"

The goths are still my team. Looks like they may have a go at each other next episode.

I wondered in the epaiode where their bags were -

In the interview above Az & Hen say that production confiscated their backpacks -- production when they got off of the airplane... because they knew that they'd be doing zip lines and potentially jumping into water.

Also interesting is that they actually got on the plane that the other teams were on with the business class tickets and thought they would just take whatever penalty they were given but then changed their minds and made the plane half an hour late for taking off.

well the Nicolaus and Donald won the race tonight...got a five night stay in Cancun. (Dad got a TATTOO to win the fast forward)

Kent and Vyxin came in LAST....













but they didn't get eliminated! It was a non elimination round. Definitely a nail biter episode. I didn't want either of the two bottom couples to go (the other couple was TX & Rachel)

Same here Jess. I didn't want to see either couple get eliminated either. Luckily, it was a non elimination round, but it will be hard for Kynt and Vyxsin next week, but I have faith in them. It was funny seeing them fight since usually they are so up about everything. They were almost in Nate and Jennifer mode tonight
