PHANTOM OF THE FILM:

((As the small musical group stops playing as CeeCee breaks down into tears, the masked figure is finally able to come down off the little stage/catwalk and hug his roommate.))

**It'll be alright, CeeCee. We have to let him live his own life, to go where he needs to go, to be who he needs to be... If we can't let him do that, we never really loved him in the first place.... I know, we'll go to Bermuda and visit some of our old friends in the Triangle. The waters'll be warm, the sun will be bright, and there'll be Pina Coladas for everyone.**

((As Jack mounts the seahorse that looks about ready to throw him off.))

** I don't know if he can hold his breath that long. I might need to take him back up through my underground labyrinth lair.**

((Sighs, exasperated, as CeeCee runs to change her lipstick color.))

**Well, lets get you out of here, Jack.**

((The phantom walks over to a barnacled wall, twists one and a part of the wall slides aside, revealing a secret passage. He leads Jack through the intricate and deadly labyrinth.))

((As the PHANTOM and JACK come to a solid looking brick dead-end, the Phantom stops for a moment as though puzzled.))

**Ah yes, I remember now.**

((The phantom steps towards the wall and his weight shifts a plate on the floor; an audible click comes from the wall. and the PHANTOM busies himself pressing on various corners of the bricks. After a moment, he pushes on the wall and it swings outward like a door. The PHANTOM enters the bright room beyond and looks around the Sacred Relics Room with no small pride.))

** Ah, a lovely room. Designed this myself, back when I and the HIGH PRIESTESS were planning it out. And I of course happen to have a key so that we might make our exit without allowing the sacred relics to escape.**

((A muffled sound from a nearby wall disturbs the PHANTOM in his reveries.))

**What have we here, a mumbling wall? I don't recall that in the sacred... well Ennis does mumble through a wall. No, that can't be it.**

((As JACK steps out of the secret passageway into the room, the PHANTOM goes back and closes the door, which turns out to be the closet door (the sacred one). He knocks on the paneling a few times then opens the door, revealing not the secret passage but the sacred closet and all the accoutrements within.))

**Now, this other wall here... This is unused storage space, if I remember the plans correctly. The place for things that might have been put into the performance, but were not, for whatever reason. I leave that to Miss Anke and the High Priestess, as I myself have no interest for those types of things... But I cannot recall where the entrance is.**

((After a moment of ponderous thought, the PHANTOM steps towards the wall again and gently places his palms against the wall. After shifting his hands around for a few moments, a panel in the door swings inward and a cloud of moths and dust exit the darkened chamber.))

** This shouldn't be too dangerous, at least not for a villainous mastermind such as myself.**

((averts his eyes as much as possible as JACK goes into his Santa dance.))

**Please, Jack, let's try to have at least a little propriety until you are reunited with your lover. I'm not upset by it as much as I am... disturbed, we might say, so for the sake of common decency we might attempt to avoid such displays in the future, unless of course the storyline calls for it.**

((turns back to the unused storage chamber))

**Now, we must carefully investigate this room.**

((looks up at Jack from across the room.))

**Jack, what are you doing? No, put that harmonica down!!!**
