I like the cousin too. She's very opened minded and she seems to want to support Bobby. She's a good cousin.

It's set in No. California Shasta. The movie was filmed in Detroit, but Bobby lived in California. I forget the name of the town.

Signourney Weaver is really good as the mother, but I think Meryl Streep would have been an excellent choice too. I can easilly see her playing the part of the mother.
