Good Mornin BetterMostians. How many of you Americans are back to work for two days, when Independence day coincides with hump day?

Had my first good night's sleep in a while (over 5 hours!!!) even though I napped a LOT yesterday. Finally feels like the summer break's started (actually started 6 days ago.)

Yesterday's rain has caused quite a bit of fog overnight, but that's dissipating and it's expected to reach 28C today, and they're talking over 30C later this weekend. Guess the tomatoes will love that.

Been trying to border up the first flowerbed -took some pictures. Bryan's hoping that I won't dig any closer to the sidewalk, but Idon't think that's possible - wouldn't leave enough room between the first and the second row for the lawn mower.

Be a few minutes, but I can show you pics.

Bryan was expecting to have the two sides of the yard have flowerbeds at equal distances from the sidewalk - don't believe it's possible.

No. All cement borders (with small stones) are there to seperate the grass from the flowerbeds. Not even planing on doing anything (new) between the flower beds and the driveways on either sides of the yard.
