Hope that everyone is doing well today!
Well, on my walk yesterday, there were a lot of downed branches, and some minor damage to property in the area, but nothing major, thank God.
The diet/gym routine is slowing working. Not as quickly as I would like, but it's getting there. In the 7 weeks I've been at the gym, I've lost 5 pounds.
Over the weekend, I bought one of those "stablization balls" and will be keeping it under my desk at work. Every hour now, I will walk down and up the stairs (I work on the 4th floor) and then end it with 25 crunches on the ball. We'll see if that helps me tone up the mid section and drop more weight.
