Hiya BetterMost friends!!!!



I hope that everyone is having a good weekend!

Was at a BBQ last night, and had a good time.

However, I couldn't fall asleep when I got home last night.  I didn't drift off until 4am, and was up at about 9 or so.  Not enough sleep.

I have some shopping to do today.....need new sneakers, some new belts and 2 new ties.  On Thursday and Friday this week, the "big bosses" are coming in to visit.  We were told no "casual" or even "business casual".  We must be in full business attire on those two days.  Thankfully I have two pairs of pants that were smaller sized, and they fit me nicely now, so no bagginess in the pants on those two days.

Perhaps some pics will get posted.  ;)



Oh, and I love it when Brokies get together.  ;D

Hmm....  do sneakers count as "full business attire" as long as they're new???  ???

PLEASE post pics.  We're all going to be drooling over you, you know it!  Give all of us who love you a cheap thrill.

No, sneakers are not considered "business attire"......my running shoes are about to fall apart, it was time for a new pair.

The past few days have been a little busy at work, but I've managed to stay on top of everything, and my cube remains clean.



Oh, btw, I'm feeling very lonely in my cube at work as of this afternoon.

I wanted my cube to reflect what's important to me, so it had a bunch of pics of my fellow Brokies.  There were pics of the Colorado BBQ, as well as the San Fran rodeo.

;D

Well, on Thursday and Friday the "big bosses" will be touring our location, and we have been asked to be 100% business appropriate.

I have to wear business attire, and I was asked to "de-brokie" my cubicle until Monday morning.

I want my Brokies back!  LOL

I miss my pics of all of you here, and I can't wait until Monday to put them back up.  I've had a few coworkers come by (they all know that my pics are gone, and why) and they all say the same thing.....that my cube no longer reflects my personality.

One went so far as to say that my cube is too "vanilla" for me now.
