It's a little table that opens, and you can put food and such on it, and then folds so you can store it away.

Oh I see. Smart. Will it have the right height to put your food on when sitting on a couch?

They should!  and if they don't, I have some folding chairs I can bring out, and they can use them, and then sit on the couch after the meal.

I hope everyone is doing well! 

This week is a stay-cation for  me, I'll be doing a spring cleaning on the apartment before everyone comes over on Saturday.

All the stuff that I've ordered from Amazon arrived and put into place. 

Dropped the car off for regular maintenance at the mechanic, I should have it back by this evening.

Happy Hump Day!

Getting through the spring cleaning staycation, it's going well.  All the stuff that I ordered through Amazon arrived, and put into place.  The kitchen has been dusted and cleaned,  the bedroom is dusted and cleaned, and today is the living room.  I've put the new cushions on the couch, and attached a new cover to the coffee table.  The table is similar to the table on the right in this pic:





the table top had gotten some scuffs and scratches, so I took a dark blue curtain panel I had, cut it to size, and then attached it to the table by folding it under and pushing thumbtacks in to keep it in place.  Oh, and funny story about the couch cushions.  Because they were new, they were thicker, and when I was trying to zip one of the covers closed, the zipper popped off.

 

I went online and found a local business that did repairs for this, and I dropped it off Tuesday morning, and they had repaired it with a new zipper by Tuesday early evening.  It zipped with no problem, and the couch is back together.

Today's plan is to get all the dusting done, and then move the furniture around so I can vacuum under it.
