A security agent tries to outwit evil Martians who want to blast Earth out of its orbit, so that they can replace it with Mars. The film features robots. (A strange title - there's not a zombie in sight. Interesting to note that the film features Leonard Nimoy, playing a good Martian.)

The famous story about apartheid. Filmed on location in South Africa, which was ruled by strict apartheid laws at the time. Stars Sidney Poitier and Canada Lee and producer/director Zoltan Korda cooked up a scheme where they told the South African immigration authorities that Poitier and Lee were not actors but were Korda's indentured servants; otherwise, the two black actors and the white director would not have been allowed to associate with each other while they were in the country.

THe poster makes it look cheezy but what a wonderful gem of a  film with a serious and still timely message.  I was surprised at how well it still holds up today.
