Gosh, Leslie, when does winter stop?
I'm looking out into my garden and I can see daffodils (early blooming variety). We haven't had any snow this winter...
One thing about New England, we don't tend to have much in the way of spring. We have winter, then mud season, then summer.
Seriously--we often have snow in March and even early April. The advantage of the late storms is that the snow disappears quickly. Daffodils and tulips will be blooming in April, the leaves come out in early May, and June is usually beautiful.
You can bet I am looking forward to that!
