How to contribute to sending flowers/condolences to Australia

Question : Are Personal accounts really free?
Answer : Yes. There are no fees for consumers to send money funded with their PayPal balance or debit and credit card. Some members will be charged an Expanded Use Fee before they may use their accounts to send money above certain limits.

I bolded the key part. Sending money is free, but receiving money not. There's a fee for receiving money.

Right. And I think it's 3% on the total amount, so 60 cents on $20; $3 on $100 and so on.
