Cool!

SPOILERS

So the deputy sheriff/owner of a gay bar in Arizona and his former-bouncer husband get thrown out of a gay bar in California!    What Wayne wouldn't give to have been there!!

And, yes, I'm quite sure Colson has a better idea!  Thanks, Louise!

I may be lucky tomorrow and be able to add another chapter!  As you may have guessed, we are getting near the conclusion of this tale as the boys get closer to the end of their week's vacation!

SPOILERS

“That was about the happiest thirty seconds a my life, Colson

 Awww, Ellery.

Now it seems like I can love you an it’s a normal thing, not somethin I got ta hide from everybody. It makes me, I dunno... proud, I guess.”

This was a beautifully written chapter, Louise.  It's always so touching when Colson has these kind of watershed moments.  Thank you!

awww, thanks!!!  Of all the stories I've written, I have spent more time during this one thinking about Colson and Ellery's relationship with one another, and their attitudes and feelings, and how they have evolved.  This story I feel as though I sent into slow motion - as vacations sometimes seem - in order to bring a close up focus to the two of them.
