Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, everyone, for all those wonderful birthday wishes.   I had an absolutely super birthday, even though it was my 21st    61st!  Crumbs, I simply can't believe I'm that age!    However, as my dear ol' Mama used to say - "Every age has it's compensations!"  She was a wise woman, my Mama! I have so very many blessings, not least of all being my good health. Thank you again, everyone.  You are all very special people.

And you;'re retired Kerry i hear!? How is that feeling? Are you filling up the time well?

I'm having the time of my life, Kelda. I am absolutely loving being retired. I fill my days taking long walks, both locally down to the nearby harbour foreshore and also more far-afield; reading all the books that have been on my reading list for the past 40+ years (Have just finished reading "The Secret Life of Oscar Wilde" by Neil McKenna and can strongly recommend it); doing lunch; shopping; going to the cinema mid-week (though there's not been much I've wanted to see of late - might see "Agora" next week tho); doing short trips away; catching-up with friends; painting and drawing; etc. This is the life-style I've wanted to live all my life!
