I've had heart before, and it wasn't bad. It's certainly not my FAVORITE cut of meat but like I said, it wasn't bad. I don't care for kidneys though.
I LOVE liver! Liver and onions is delicious. But it needs to be thoroughly cooked, with a crispy bark on the outside. There's nothing worse than a piece of RARE liver!
But I'll have to pass on the tongue. Although I agree with Janice. I admire those who do like it and can eat it.
